Who we are
DSCR.Capital is an independent broker built around one product: DSCR loans for real estate investors. We don't dabble in owner-occupied. We don't do auto loans. We focus on rental investor financing — purchase, refinance, cash-out, portfolio, and short-term rental — and we do it across 100+ lenders nationwide.
That focus matters. Every lender has a different appetite: different credit tolerances, different DSCR minimums, different rules on market rent, property type, and seasoning. A file that's a hard no at one lender is a straightforward approval at another. When you work with a broker who has 10 lenders, you're hoping you fit one of 10 molds. When you work with us, your deal goes shopping.
Why this is different
A bank's loan officer works for the bank. Their job is to put you into the bank's product. If you fit — great. If not, they'll say there's nothing they can do, and you'll walk away thinking the problem is your deal. It's usually not your deal. It's the lender.
