What to bring to the deal review

The call runs 20–30 minutes. By the end you'll know whether your deal qualifies, roughly what the rate and structure look like, and the next step.

  • • Property address (or at minimum city + state)
  • • Purchase price or current value
  • • Actual or expected monthly rent
  • • Rough credit-score range (no hard pull needed)
  • • Your exit / strategy (hold, refi, BRRRR, STR, etc.)

Come in with real numbers

Not the optimistic version — the real one. Conservative underwriting doesn't make you less capable. It makes the deal more durable. The more accurate your numbers are going in, the more useful we can actually be to you.
